Shipping, Returns & Cancellation

Shipping:

The goodness of quality daily wear for your kids will arrive in 1 week to 10 days depending on your delivery address.

Shipping free for orders above Rs. 1000. Orders below 1000 will be charged as per weight and location.

Please do check for any external damages to the parcel when you receive them. In case of any external damage to the parcel, do not accept the parcel and get in touch with us through email or a chat.

Order Mishap:

In case we are unable to fulfil your order due to an unlikely event of back end error in stock updation or wrong product pricing or any such events, we will get in touch with you to sort it out. In such cases, we will refund the complete amount or if you would like to proceed with part of the order, we will refund the amount accordingly.

Returns:

All our products are quality tested in our manufacturing facility itself. So the chances of you receiving a damaged product is very less.

But ya, if any product skips our eye and you receive a damaged piece, it will be replaced in the same size and same color/ design.

In case you receive product/s that do not match your order history, we will refund or replace the product/s, as per your wish.

In either cases,

You will have to mail us at customercare@dinoskids.com with the exact details for return with images in case of any damage, within 3 days from the date of receiving your parcel
We will mail the details for returning the product to us
Once we receive the product, we will verify the complaint and will check if the details match as per your complaint. We will process refund or return as per your wish only if the complaint matches our inspection
The products returned must be unused, in original packaging and with the tags in place.
In case of replacement, the product will be replaced once we receive and inspect the returned product
If the complaint is approved, the shipping amount will be reimbursed to your account

Cancellation:

You can cancel your order within 6 hours from the time of placing the order only. Hopefully if the goods have not been shipped yet. Mail us at customercare@dinoskids.com for the same.
